A candidate in a BUT Marketing Techniques program might describe an internship this way: "Marketing assistant internship, [Company], 3 months - Designed an email campaign for a product launch, generating a 28% open rate (vs. 18% average across the portfolio), analyzed results and recommended adjustments for the following campaign." This phrasing quantifies the impact and shows an understanding of the subject beyond simply executing the task.
